Care Services
Care available at Fairlawn:
Assisted Living
Assisted Living at Fairlawn bridges the gap between independent living and nursing care, offering help with bathing, dressing, medication management, and other daily needs. Residents enjoy a caring, active neighborhood with full kitchens, licensed nurses on site, engaging activities, and a 24-hour pendant call system that keeps personalized support close by.
Memory Care
Fairlawn’s Memory Care neighborhood helps residents feel secure, respected, and supported as memory changes. Specially trained staff provide personalized care in thoughtfully designed spaces with safety features that promote comfort and peace of mind. Families can feel confident their loved one is known and cared for each day.
Nursing Care & Therapy
Fairlawn provides skilled nursing and therapy services with 24-hour care from nurses, social workers, dietitians, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Wadsworth and Green residents receive priority when a higher level of care is needed, helping families maintain continuity and avoid searching for care elsewhere.
